Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup light coconut milk

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries

  • ½ frozen banana

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add water as needed and blend to your desired consistency. Poor into a tall glass or bowl, depending on your desired consistency, and top with hemp seeds. Enjoy!
